With 15 years’ experience in talent attraction, spanning agency and in-house hospitality recruitment leadership roles at two of the UK’s biggest pub and brewery companies, and now in retail, I bring a blend of commercial awareness, creativity, and empathy to talent attraction.

I’m passionate about designing meaningful candidate journeys where every interaction feels thoughtful, modern, personal, human, and brand-building. This is delivered through storytelling, EVP and employer branding, and carefully crafted application, interview, and onboarding experiences.

Known for creative thinking and trust-based leadership, I love coaching and empowering hiring teams and managers to build their confidence. I help them understand the art and importance of identifying the missing ‘superpowers’ that elevate team performance.

Outside of work, I’m a musician and play guitar in a high-energy party rock band.
