With over 12 years in recruitment, I’ve learned that what really matters is the human side of hiring. I love getting to know people, understanding what they’re looking for, and helping them feel confident and supported throughout the process. For me, it’s all about proper connection, open conversations, and finding roles that genuinely fit who someone is and where they want to go.

Outside of work, I run Working Mums Handbook. A community where I share honest thoughts, tips, and stories about navigating work and parenthood. As a mum to a very energetic five‑year‑old, I know exactly what the daily juggle looks like, and that perspective definitely shapes how I show up for candidates. Empathy, flexibility, and a bit of real‑life understanding can go a long way.
