We are looking for a Central Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the central and retail operational teams.

Become a Central Operations Coordinator
As our Central Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the central and retail operational teams. You will collaborate closely with various departments to collate information as required to support communications both to the field teams and to stores. Your role involves supporting coordinating with Head Office functions and the Retail Team to ensure that stores can efficiently operate with the correct information for all relevant tasks. You will co-ordinate the retail communications inbox and signpost stores to the correct departments for support, tracking this to ensure all requests are completed.
You will support the Internal Communication & Events team with organising retail and support centre events, tracking all expenditure and reporting business spend. You will pull together various reports from across the business to provide over-views both scheduled and ad-hoc. You will take minutes of meetings and ensure these are sent to relevant stakeholders. Your dedication to detail, efficiency, consistency will support the implementation of company standards that contribute to creating the best possible environments and experiences for our colleagues.
Your Mission
- Develop and Implement Plans: Create and update reports as and when the business demands
- Project Co-ordination: collate and organise event travel and support Conference administration
- Cross-Functional Solutions: Help identify trends in the retail operations inbox to support solution finding across the support functions.
- Communication Bridge: Co-ordinate all emails from the Retail Operations In box to the correct stakeholders and ensure that all stakeholders respond back in a timely manner to close down all requests/issues.
- Collaborative Planning: Work with all support functions in Head Office to collate information for weekly trading meetings
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with all stakeholders what is being requested, particularly in order to support stores queries – send to correct stakeholders, checking with stores if required if there is any ambiguity about what support they need.
- Balancing Demands: Prioritise Retail Operations Inbox with all other tasks to ensure that SLAs on response times are met.
- Feedback Network: Build strong connections with all that you come into contact with to foster co-operation
- Sales Support: Provide sales support across business projects and priorities, from organising team events to supporting stock takes and scheduling display audits.
- Operational Efficiency: Support the Retail Operations team develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure stores operate as efficiently as possible.
