Become a Brand Activation Executive
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Activation Executive to join our Brand Marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to drive brand fame, improve consideration, and increase customer engagement through bold, memorable experiences and campaigns.
You’ll work closely with the Brand Campaign Manager to bring our brand to life across stores, media, and partnerships - delivering high-impact activations that resonate with customers and communities.
Your Mission
- In-store Events Plan, coordinate, and execute branded in-store activations that drive footfall, customer interaction, and brand engagement.
- Brand Activation Campaigns Support the development and rollout of integrated brand activation campaigns across digital, pr, and experiential platforms.
- Marketing Projects & Initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
- Partner Activity Manage and activate brand partnerships and supplier activations ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand values.
- Local Marketing Lead brand activation planning for new store openings and shopping centres, including launch events, local marketing, and promotional support.
- PR Support Assist with PR initiatives, including media outreach, press materials, and event coordination to amplify brand visibility.
Skills/Behaviours That Will Set You Apart
- Retail experience
- Passion for brand storytelling and customer experience
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in retail event planning, campaign execution, or brand partnerships is a plus
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a creative mindset
