Hybrid working is available for this role with 1 to 2 days spent at our support centre and 3-4 days spent working from home.

Become an Executive Assistant
As an experienced Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-impact support to four of our Operational Board's Chief Officers, helping them stay focused, prepared and able to lead with purpose. You will directly support our:
· Chief People & Retail Officer
· Chief Financial Officer
· Chief Commercial Officer
· Chief Supply Chain & Digital Officer
You will work closely with, and report to, the Director of Executive Operations, ensuring thoughtful and well-coordinated support across diary management, communication and planning. By protecting your Chief Officers' time, energy and attention, you create the conditions for purposeful leadership - elevating their focus, anticipating their needs, and enabling them to deliver on the company's strategic priorities.
Your Mission
You will be the organisational anchor for your Chief Officers, staying one step ahead to ensure smooth operations and that they always feel prepared, informed and supported.
Strategic & Operational Support
· Understand priorities and develop a strong understanding of the company's strategic priorities, using this insight to inform actions and decision-making.
· Partner effectively by working closely with the Director of Executive Operations to ensure Chief Officers are aware of deadlines, prepared for upcoming meetings, and supported in managing expectations.
· Connect teams by acting as a trusted liaison across functions, enabling smooth communication and collaboration.
· Represent professionally by building trusted relationships across the business with care and credibility on behalf of each Chief Officer.
Executive Support & Coordination
· Manage complex diaries - Oversee fast-moving Outlook calendars, prioritising time effectively and proactively, and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate travel - Handle travel planning, accommodation, and itineraries, including preparing detailed pre- and post-store visit information with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Track actions - Maintain a clear bring-forward system to ensure timely follow-up and action tracking.
Meetings & Events
· Prepare quality materials - Prepare, collate, and format information for presentations, briefing documents and reports
· Organise meetings - Organise and support internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, materials and actions are managed effectively.
· Manage key milestones - Oversee key business moments such as store openings/ closures, long-service awards and team celebrations.
· Support event planning - Assist in planning and delivering Leadership Events, Supplier Conferences and other annual events.
Executive Support & Coordination
· Support Annual Planning - Support the Director of Executive Operations with the annual planning cycle, ensuring all key meetings and functional touchpoints are scheduled in alignment with our operational rhythms.
· Maintain business rhythm - Manage the Trading Business Calendar to ensure key activities are well-sequenced, coordinated, delivered and run smoothly.
Administration Support
· Accuracy & Attention to detail when producing written content and supporting the Chief Officers to process expenses accurately and efficiently.
