Become a Website Manager
We’re looking for a Website Manager to own and evolve our non-transactional website, ensuring it delivers a clear, inspiring and customer first experience that drives footfall to stores and strengthens our brand.
This role is about brand storytelling, content, UX and discovery - not online selling. You’ll own the website roadmap, lead UX and SEO evolution, and work closely with Brand, Creative, Tech and Buying teams to bring ranges, campaigns and inspiration to life online.
Your Mission
Define and deliver the website roadmap, aligned to business priorities
Oversee website performance and customer engagement, using insight to drive improvement
Lead UX development and accessibility best practice, ensuring a high‑quality, inclusive experience
Collaborate with campaign and content teams to ensure website content supports the campaign calendar and delivers against brand strategy
Own the SEO strategy for a content‑led website
Manage digital product merchandising and range presentation, aligned to the company critical path
Support re‑platforming initiatives and ongoing optimisation
Lead, coach and develop the website team, setting clear priorities and creating a high-performing, collaborative way of working
Skills/Behaviours That Will Set You Apart
3-5 years’ experience of managing a content led or non-transactional website
Proven experience leading and developing a team
A good understanding of UX, SEO and customer journeys
CMS Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, with JavaScript knowledge preferred for troubleshooting.
Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of on-page SEO, keyword optimisation, and technical SEO factors.
Keep abreast of emerging online trends across content, UX and SEO, translating insight into meaningful improvements to the website experience
Project Management: Experience leading web projects and managing external web agencies.
Project Management Tools: Experience with tools like Monday.com, Miro
Is passionate about brand, inspiration and customer experience
Is highly organised, detail driven and confident working cross functionally
