We caught up with Robert Hunt, our Talent Attraction Manager to hear what he had to say!

  • "I’m incredibly proud that our team has been shortlisted for Best In-House Recruitment Team - a recognition that truly reflects the passion, care, and dedication we bring to every part of the candidate journey.

    We’ve worked tirelessly to improve every touchpoint, putting candidate experience at the heart of everything we do. Our adverts are now fun, colourful, vibrant and modern. Our recruitment system helps keep candidates informed of their progress and applying is a breeze! We removed old-school barriers and headaches, such as: the requirement to create an account before you can apply, and the worst one ever - manually typing out your last 5 years career history into seperate application boxes! - It's on the candidates CV, why do companies painstakingly ask candidates to repeat typing that out!? Instead, we ask candidates fun, engaging and thought-provoking questions about what makes them tick, what motivates them, and what their workplace superpowers are - these are far more helpful to hiring managers who need to build teams around them of people with unique skillsets for the strongest teams, and for candidates to take a moment and reflect on what they're great at. 

    Whether someone joins us or not, our goal is always the same: that every candidate walks away feeling respected, valued, and remains a fan and customer of our brand.

    I feel so lucky to work alongside an immensely talented and passionate team of talent attraction professionals - all driven by the same mindset, and moving in the same direction as a genuine team.
