Become a Social Media Strategy Lead
As a commercially minded, insight‑driven Social Media Strategy Lead, you will be the strategic guardian of how our brand shows up across organic social. You will take an established strategy and bring it to life - ensuring it is delivered, evolved and embedded consistently so that we become famous for the right things as a brand.
Your role focuses on amplifying our strategic pillars, shaping the direction of our channels, and ensuring our social presence drives both brand fame and commercial impact. You’ll champion creative excellence, lead cross‑functional alignment, and ensure every piece of content, creator partnership and campaign contributes to our long‑term brand ambition.
You’ll collaborate closely with Brand Campaign, Creative, Digital Marketing and Buying teams, while also building strong relationships with creators, influencers, freelancers and occasional third‑party suppliers. Leading and developing a Social Media Executive, you’ll set the bar for best‑in‑class storytelling and steer the ongoing evolution of our approach - turning strategy into consistent, culture‑led activation.

We are open to discussions around working hours and flexible working. And, where possible, we'll try to support this. If you need reasonable adjustments for an interview you might attend with us, let us know in your application and we’ll be happy to help!
